SCAPA MEMBER DISCOUNT: If you are a SCAPA member, you must sign in to get member pricing.


EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: An early bird discount of $50 will automatically be calculated if you are registering before September 1.


LATE FEE: A late fee of $100 will automatically be added if you are registering after September 30.


CANCELLATION FEE: A $100 administrative fee will be retained for cancellations received in writing by October 1. Refunds are not available after October 1.


SECTION 1- REQUIRED: Select ONE of the following options: Full Conference Registration, Student Registration, or a Daily Registration depending on how many days you plan to attend. Pleas note that Thursday is included in any daily registration. PA students should select Student Registration no matter how many days you will be attending.


SECTION 2- OPTIONAL: In this section, you can order extra cookout tickets or sign up for workshops.

  • Cookout Tickets: Cookout tickets for your guests 12 and older are $40 each. Children 4 to 11 are $20. Children 3 and under are free. If you need more than 3 adult or 3 child tickets, contact the SCAPA office.
  • Workshops: Nine (9) workshops are offered and require payment of an additional fee. If you wish to attend any workshops, select them here. You should only select one workshop per time slot.  

SECTION 3- MEALS & ACTIVITIES: All meals listed in this section are offered as part of your registration fee; however, if you do make meal selections, a meal will not be ordered for you. Two lunch options are available on Tuesday and Wednesday; you should only select one option per day. Attendance is limited to 100 per lunch. Meals provided through sponsored lectures are only available to healthcare professionals; however, guest tickets may be purchased for the Monday Night Cookout.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Please complete all areas using proper upper and lower case. PAs are STRONGLY encouraged to enter their NCCPA number so that the conference is tagged to your profile and hours will not be subject to audit. 

MAKING CORRECTIONS TO YOUR REGISTRATION: Once you complete the form and hit “save and proceed to checkout,” DO NOT use the back button on your computer. This will cause an incomplete registration to be submitted and you may not be able to log back in to complete it.

  • If you believe the charges are incorrect, click on the shopping cart icon to review your items. If the options listed are not correct, select “cancel this registration” and start over.
  • If you do not have your credit card information available when you reach the checkout stage, select CHECK/MONEY ORDER as your payment option. An email will be sent to you with links where you can pay later with a credit card or print the invoice and mail it with a check.
