PURPOSE: To encourage all South Carolina physician assistants and physician assistant students to join SCAPA. This is to be done by holding an annual membership drive, work with area representatives to develop membership, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding membership issues.
GOAL & IDEAS FOR THE 2008-2009 FISCAL YEAR
1. Increase total SCAPA membership by 10%.
2. Develop new membership categories, such as Hardship, Retirement,
and Out-of-State.
3. Develop "Benefits of Membership" brochure.
4. Have a SCAPA membership booth at annual CME conference.
5. Develop an active relationship with Wingate University's new
Physician Assistant Program.
